In short: you must be 18 or over. We are a search engine that links to creator profiles on other platforms. We do not host, sell or control the content you reach through those links. We are not affiliated with OnlyFans. Nothing here is guaranteed to be accurate, and we can change or discontinue the service.
By accessing or using Fanswiper (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service indexes adult content and is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access where we believe this representation is false.
It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing adult material is lawful where you are.
Fanswiper is a search and discovery tool. We index publicly available information about creator profiles and provide search, filtering, mapping and recommendation features to help you find them. When you choose to view a creator, we direct you to their profile on the platform that hosts it.
We do not host paywalled media. We do not process subscriptions or payments. We are not party to any transaction between you and a creator or between you and a hosting platform, and we have no ability to intervene in one.
Fanswiper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or owned by OnlyFans.com. OnlyFans is a registered trademark of Fenix International Limited. All information displayed on the platform is sourced from publicly available data and is used solely for discovery and navigation purposes. References to any platform or trademark are nominative and descriptive only.
An account is optional and is used to save profiles across devices. Accounts are passwordless: we email you a sign-in link. You are responsible for the security of the email account you register with, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Two kinds of email exist here, and they are governed separately.
Service email is sent because you asked the Service to do something: sign-in links, and replies to messages you send us. It is not marketing, you cannot opt out of it while you hold an account, and there is no reasonable way to run a passwordless account without it.
Marketing email is occasional updates about new creators and features. It comes with an account. The sign-in form tells you so at the point you enter your address, in the same sentence that links these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and we keep a record of that wording against your account. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and we honour it promptly. Unsubscribing does not restrict your account in any way. You may also opt out at any time by emailing us at contact@fanswiper.com, or by deleting your account, which removes your address entirely.
We do not sell, rent or share your address with other companies for their own marketing, and we do not send marketing email on behalf of third parties.

The Service, its design, its software and its compiled index are owned by fanswiper.com and protected by intellectual property law. Creator names, images, handles and marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and navigation only.
The Service links to external platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, their privacy practices, or anything that happens to you on them. Following a link is your decision and your risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Without limiting the above: index information may be inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete. Prices, availability, activity dates and locations are derived from public sources at the time of collection and change without notice. Match percentages are algorithmic estimates of preference, not statements of fact about any person, and carry no guarantee of accuracy. We do not verify the identity of any creator.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, fanswiper.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless fanswiper.com from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe these Terms have been breached. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Puerto Rico shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
