The rules we gave ourselves

A discovery platform is only worth anything if you can trust why it showed you something. So the constraints came first, before any of the features:

• Nobody can buy a ranking There is no paid placement of any kind. If Emily shows up above someone else, it is because she is a better match for you, not because she paid us. The day that stops being true, we are just another advert.
• We link out, we do not repost Fanswiper indexes public profile information and sends you to the creator. The subscription, the content and the relationship stay theirs. We are a signpost, not a mirror.
• Any creator can ask to be removed No argument, no form designed to exhaust you. If you do not want to be listed, you will not be listed. Being indexed without being asked is a favour only when it is wanted.
• Your taste stays on your device TasteDNA is worked out in your browser. What you swipe is never uploaded and never attached to your account, because a list of what a person finds attractive is not data anyone should be casually holding.

Where Emily ends up

Nothing huge. She does not become the biggest name on OnlyFans, and we were never going to promise that. But the people who find her now are people who were actually looking for someone like her. They stick around. She stops wasting money on shoutouts. She makes what she wants to make.

That is the whole idea. Not to make anyone famous. Just to help the right people find each other, so being new or quiet does not mean being invisible.
